Lotus Cafe is a great experience and not costly. They have a good traditional Chinese menu with one or two Thai dishes. Place is clean with good service, but not fast. Prices are very reasonable. They also offer combo plates at 8.95 which come with choice of soup, rice and an egg roll. They take credit cards and have high chairs. They serve complimentary won tons which are deadly to diets! I had the sweet sour chicken and almond chicken combo. The almond chicken came with a lot of vegetables which I like. My husband had the chili shrimp and sweet - sour shrimp. He said it was good but not as hot as he expected. We got a piece of tres le he cheesecake to go which was decadent.

The food and customer service was great, they have light music in the place too. The daily specials and the "Everyday Specials" have good prices if your having a hard time picking what you want. If the place is packed, then expect to wait awhile for customer service, including getting your food. The peking duck is fantastic, just be patient since since that dish takes awhile to cook.

Food was solid, portions were great, and price was reasonable. I took takeout, but there's a cleaning smell towards the front. No idea if it's also in the dining area. Just a potential warning.

I come here very often and I always order the chicken with mixed vegetables plate, a cabbage soup, and edamame with garlic butter. The food here is good and this is my favorite lotus location. I like how they offer a large self serve tea portion. I also recommend the fried rice platter.

Nice place to get dinner, quiet, food is great but there are some improvement areas, fried rice it's supposed to be more savory and with more ingredients. Excellent service, kind people. Clean bathroom. Plenty of parking. They accept both cash and credit cards.

I love Lotus but tbh the Boca Chica location is my favorite! Their Korean soup is to die for! I never even look at their menu anymore bc I always order it, everyone is also super nice
